Hello Everyone! Today, I intend to share my own experience of returning home amid Lockdown restrictions during COVID-19 pandemic. Since I am Civil Service aspirant, therefore this post will be an experience sharing cum critical appraisal  of the administrative setup, through the prism of my own expectation from the administration. As the title suggests, I returned from Delhi to my hometown Sunderbani, District Rajouri, J&K. I was stuck at Delhi where I had appeared for my Personality Test ( Interview ) on March 17 for this year's UPSC Civil Services Examination. I planned to return home somewhere around 22/23 March, 2020 after I received the report of my Medical Examination. But, as with several others, my plan could not be realised because of the nationwide Lockdown announced on March 23. So, after a wait of about 2 months I planned to return home by Train on May 18th. Amid widespread panic, chaos and equally massive response against Coronavirus Pandemic (COVID), I would like to draw your attention towards some of the news reports :   Donald Trump thanks India for Supplying Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), says this act would not be forgotten.   Brazilian President Bolsanaro equates India’s move to supply HCQ to Brazil as that of bringing “ Sanjivani” Herb by Hanuman.    India's coronavirus Mediplomacy: Russia says thanks to New Delhi; HCQ sent to Gulf.     India is supplying HCQ to 55 countries; will not procure PPEs from China. What do these news reports suggest? Let me draw some possible extrapolations . India is winning over the hearts of the COVID embattling nations by its Mediplomacy . So this Mediplomacy (Medicine Diplomacy) can be said to be a diplomatic masterstroke by the Indian government. I have been contemplating about starting a blog since long. However, I didn't know much about the basics of blogging. I randomly googled about 'What is a blog?', 'How to write a blog etc.' During the search process, I came across a blog post about Top 10 Blog site/domains etc. There I found Medium and Blogger as the two suited to my needs. This is my very first blog post today. I am writing this as the Earth is under Quarantine (for Humans) in the wake of the Corona Virus Pandemic. We often say that the mother earth's survival is under threat, that it needs to be protected from Climate Change, from Deadly Weapons etc. However, we fail to realise that it is not the Earth whose survival is under threat, rather, it is We   the Humans whose survival is under threat.
